The prestigious accolades are awarded each year by Deloitte Private, in collaboration with ELITE-Euronext Group and Piccola Industria Confindustria, while ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore provides methodological and strategic support in the judging process.

The outstanding performance of the award-winning companies was evaluated by a panel of experts including Marta Testi, CEO of ELITE- Euronext Group, Fabio Antoldi, Full Professor of Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship at Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore, and Elio Pisoni, Chairman of the Small Industry Committee, Confindustria Trento.

  • Commitment and Corporate Culture
  • Governance and Performance Measurement
  • Corporate Social Responsibility
  • Supply Chain
  • Internationalization

Manufacturing is the leading sector among the Best Managed Companies, representing 53% of the awarded businesses.

Commenting on the Platinum Award, Andrea Colombo – CEO of Lincotek Group – said: “We are absolutely delighted that the strategic vision and resilience of Lincotek have been recognized once again by Deloitte Private and its partners. We pride ourselves on our innovation and performance in markets that are constantly changing and are always looking to provide the best possible service to our customers, while respecting our people, our local communities and the wider environment. To move from Gold to Platinum this year is a great tribute to the hard work of everyone involved in our company.”

Vice-President of Lincotek, Linda Antolotti, added: “We started out as a small family business in northern Italy back in the 1970s, and thanks to my father’s vision, we have grown into a multinational group with a presence around Europe, in the USA and China. This achievement is first and foremost a recognition of our people, whose dedication, expertise, and commitment drive our success every day. It’s heartening to see that our management practices are recognized objectively by experts as deserving an award once again. Thanks to everyone who helped make it possible.”

Andrea Resteli, Deloitte Partner and Italy Leader of the Best Managed Companies Program, commented:

“In this ninth edition, we are presenting the award to 70 companies evaluated by a team of Deloitte professionals, together with a panel of experts, based on a set of criteria that have been refined and consolidated over time. All the awarded companies stand out for their excellent management and leadership capabilities, as well as their resilience, their ability to enhance the value of their assets, and their investments in strategic areas such as digitalization. Although they operate in an uncertain environment, for Best Managed Companies digital transformation and innovation remain key priorities for strengthening business growth and competitiveness.”
