We have a powerful history and heritage, stretching back over half a century. We are still family owned.
This is a very important part of our identity, and we don’t intend to lose it.
At the same time, we’ve grown rapidly and feel the time is right to articulate clearly what our company stands for in the mid-2020s.
This involves placing the overarching Lincotek brand center stage, while preserving the individual identity and strengths of our highly successful Divisions.
We’re immensely proud of where we’ve come from, but are equally excited about the innovation that lies ahead of us.

Our Values

Although they’ve inspired us for many years, and are an intrinsic element of who we are, we’re now stating them clearly and explicitly for the first time.
They are symbolized by a values-driven universe called KVERSE – a visualization which represents each of the five Lincotek values as a guiding star that is seamlessly interconnected in what we call our Konstellation. The ‘K’, derived from our name and logo, is a distinctive and intrinsic part of our brand.
