Accolade awarded as part of Eighth Edition of the Deloitte Private “Best Managed Companies” Award

Parma, Italy | October 30, 2025 – Lincotek has been recognized as one of the winners of the Eighth Edition of the Best Managed Companies (BMCs) Award, the Deloitte Private prize celebrating entrepreneurial excellence. The awards ceremony took place yesterday at Palazzo Mezzanotte in Milan. The initiative is promoted in collaboration with ELITE–Euronext Group, Piccola Industria Confindustria, and with the methodological and strategic support of ALTIS Graduate School of Sustainable Management of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

“I’m delighted that Lincotek has once again received this recognition from Deloitte Private and its partners for the sixth successive year,” said Andrea Colombo, CEO of Lincotek Group. “It’s a great acknowledgement of the hard work and dedication that all our teams put in every day and reflects the standards of excellence we’ve been able to achieve as a business. The criteria are wide-ranging and the judging is rigorous, so it’s wonderful to be named among a group of other illustrious Italian companies.”

“Although we have grown into an international business, our roots and values remain firmly those of an Italian family company,” added Linda Antolotti, Group Vice President. “My father founded the company more than 50 years ago in a small workshop, and since then we have expanded significantly, guided by a thoughtful and people-focused leadership approach. This award motivates us to go further and achieve even more, as we look forward to the challenges and opportunities the coming years will bring.”

“In this Eighth Edition, we have recognized 72 outstanding businesses in our country,” says Ernesto Lanzillo, Deloitte Partner and leader of Deloitte Private for the Central Mediterranean Area (Italy, Greece and Malta.) “When evaluating their performance, we once again used a set of well-established parameters that define the Award, which is developed by Deloitte Private in 47 countries, with consistent evaluation metrics. Overall, these are aspects that Deloitte Private considers essential in assessing a company’s performance as a whole, highlighting the excellence of their management and leadership. This distinctiveness of the BMCs is even more evident in today’s increasingly competitive and challenging market environment.”

“This year, we also expanded our perspective to include an additional dimension: cybersecurity — an area that companies consider a top priority and which will become increasingly crucial in the future, given the ongoing technological and digital transformation.”

The outstanding performance of the award-winning companies was evaluated by a panel of experts including Marta Testi, CEO of ELITE–Euronext Group; Fabio Antoldi, Full Professor of Business Strategy and Entrepreneurship at the Faculty of Economics and Law of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore; and Renato Goretta, Vice President of Piccola Industria Confindustria.

The assessment was based on several key criteria:

  • Strategy;
  • Capabilities and Innovation;
  • Commitment and Corporate Culture;
  • Governance and Performance Measurement;
  • Corporate Social Responsibility;
  • Internationalization and Supply Chain;
  • Cybersecurity.

“Once again this year, we have recognized a solid base of high-profile companies that have chosen to continue this journey with us. Over 80% of the companies awarded in this edition have already been recognized as Best Managed Companies in previous years,” observes Andrea Restelli, Deloitte Partner and Head of the Best Managed Companies program in Italy.

“Notably, nine companies have been honored for the seventh consecutive year, achieving ‘New Platinum’ status, while five have maintained their excellence since the very first edition of the Award in 2018 ‘Platinum’ category.”

“In addition, 12 new companies have joined this year, each representing an outstanding model of Italian entrepreneurship. For all participants, Deloitte professionals and the panel of experts carefully evaluated their characteristics and performance, considering their maturity and continuity in the program.”

“The Award represents the culmination of this process, and today’s ceremony is both a celebration of their achievements and an opportunity for dialogue among all the winning companies — businesses that stand out in the market and act as true drivers of growth for the entire country,” concluded Restelli.
