Recognition for Lincotek in ‘Eccellenze d’Impresa’ award

October 15th, 2020. Lincotek has been named among the winners of the Eccellenze d’Impresa 2020 award in the category Innovation and Technology. The prize, now in its seventh year, recognizes Italian companies that excel in extraordinary performance and is organized by Eccellenze d’Impresa – a project born out of collaboration between GEA, Harvard Business Review Italy and ARCA SGR – with the support of Borsa Italiana.

Despite the pandemic, Italian companies have performed very well. Our industries are able to boost the whole country, provided they have the finance they need, along with the ability to evaluate strategic projects effectively.

‘The awarded companies stand out for a range of different reasons, including: entrepreneurial dynamism; innovation; state-of-the-art technologies; solid financial structure; international reach; profitability; growth; and sustainability. There is, however, a lack of adequate support from the public sphere, a true and effective industrial policy and an innovation context based on research and development, according to Enrico Sassoon, Editor in Chief at Harvard Business Review Italy, during the awards ceremony at Teatro Manzoni di Milano on October 15th, 2020.’

‘Today, more than ever, it is essential and urgent that the capital market in Italy accompanies small and medium-sized enterprises on a path of growth, added Ugo Loser, CEO of Arca SGR.’

We’re honored to receive this important award, said Linda Antolotti, Lincotek Group Vice President, which acknowledges the commitment to innovation of all the people who, with dedication, contribute every day to the success of our company. Our people – together with our constant search for excellence and technological innovation -are at the heart of our group’s growth.

The award reflects the Lincotek Way of managing innovation: a business model based on the perfect union of two fundamental elements – the deep scientific/technological knowledge built up through years of research and development as well as the skills and expertise handed down within the company year after year, that we call our savoir-faire or tribal knowledge.
