  3. With the consent of the data subjects, which is optional and can be withdrawn at any time, the personal data provided by the users for registration with specific services (Newsletter) are used exclusively to provide the service requested.
    Registering with the service, users express their consent to process personal data according to the information contained in the service specific policies.


4. Recipients or categories of data recipients

For the purposes described above, the personal data collected may be communicated to recipients that will process data as data processors and/or as persons acting under the authority of the Data Controller and the Data Processor:

6.Processing procedures

In compliance with the provisions of Art. 5, paragraph 1, letter e) of Reg.
