Andrea Colombo
Andrea ColomboChief Executive Officer
Andrea is the Chief Executive Officer of Lincotek, with over 25 years of international leadership experience in the Energy, Oil & Gas, and Fintech industries. Renowned for driving growth and operational excellence, he has held senior roles in major global corporations, consistently leading successful transformation initiatives.

Prior to Lincotek, Andrea was Vice President of Global Product Operations at NCR Corporation, where he managed large-scale operational programs. He also served as Vice President of the Energy Business Unit at Chromalloy, overseeing strategic growth in the energy sector.

Earlier in his career, Andrea spent 14 years at General Electric Oil & Gas, culminating in leadership of operations with $3.5 billion in annual turnover. His tenure at GE sharpened his expertise in global business development, supply chain management, and mergers and acquisitions.

Andrea is known for building high-performing, diverse global teams and aligning strategic goals with strong execution. He holds a Master of Science in Electrical Engineering from the University of Padua and completed postgraduate studies in nuclear engineering, undertaking PhD-level research.

As CEO of Lincotek, Andrea applies his extensive experience to steer the company’s strategic vision, innovation, and international growth.

Fabrizio Avari
Fabrizio AvariChief People and Communication Officer
With over 20 years of experience in international Human Resources, Fabrizio is an HR Executive with a proven ability to lead large-scale transformation, integration, and growth across global organizations. He has driven HR strategies in multicultural environments, supporting corporate governance, M&A integration, and organizational development in more than 40 countries.

Fabrizio has held senior leadership roles in companies such as Custom Group, SITI B&T, Datalogic, and WAMGROUP, where he implemented global HR systems, built Talent Academies, and standardized processes to create unified, high-performing cultures. His leadership style is grounded in coaching and mentoring, fostering motivation, competence, and strategic alignment.

A certified Business and Life Coach, Fabrizio combines deep technical HR knowledge with a pragmatic, people-centric approach. He thrives in dynamic, evolving contexts, partnering with top management to unlock organizational potential and enable sustainable growth.

Fabrizio holds a degree Cum Laude in Business Administration, a Master’s in HR Management, and various certifications as a professional coach.

Francesco Bucciotti
Francesco BucciottiHead of Global Business and Business Development | Medical Division
Francesco is a transformative executive leader, with over 16 years of global experience in the highly regulated medical device industry, and a strong background in advanced materials, R&D, and manufacturing. Currently serving as Head of Global Business and Business Development – and General Manager for the Product Business Unit of the Medical division, he oversees global revenues across 11 sites worldwide.

Formerly CEO North America for Lincotek Medical and Surface Dynamics, he successfully restructured operations, expanded service portfolios, and tripled customer accounts.
He combines technical depth with strategic business acumen, previously leading R&D teams in Italy and securing millions in EU project funding.

Francesco holds a Master’s degree in Materials Engineering from University of Perugia, a PhD in Industrial Production Systems from Polytechnic of Turin and an Executive MBA from Bologna Business School.

He completed advanced executive education at Chicago Booth in Strategy and he serves on the Board of Directors for the Greater Medical Memphis Device Council, and the Bartlett Area Chamber of Commerce.

Francesco is known for his entrepreneurial mindset, strong negotiation skills, and commitment to delivering high-impact results across complex, multi-site operations in the medical industry.

Gennaro D'Andrea
Gennaro D'AndreaEurope and China General Manager | Medical Division
With a background in materials engineering and a PhD in ceramic materials, Gennaro joined Lincotek in 1996, where he played a pivotal role in the establishment of the company’s initial department dedicated to plasma spray coatings for orthopedic applications.

Starting from developing a plant dedicated to medical application, he took on progressively responsible positions over the years within what would evolve into the Medical Division of Lincotek. Key projects have been the expansion of the coating and 3D printing business, with new facilities in US and China and, in recent years, the acquisition of new design and manufacturing capabilities, which today allow Lincotek to offer solutions that integrate all the different steps of the orthopedic device production.

After almost 30 years, Gennaro has continued to play a key leadership role as EMEA and APAC General Manager, focusing on supporting the growth in the coating and 3D printing core business, as well as boosting the expansion of the forging business.

With his lifelong experience and presence on boards of directors in several of the Lincotek Group companies, he supports Lincotek leadership team in defining and executing the growth strategies of the Medical Division.

Anthony Gascon
Anthony GasconGlobal Operational Excellence Leader &
Dayton and Portland General Manager | Medical Division

Anthony is a seasoned operations executive with over two decades of experience driving excellence across global manufacturing, supply chain, and lean transformation in the medical technology sector. As Executive Global Operational Excellence Leader and General Manager at Lincotek Medical, he leads both Medical sites operations in the U.S. and global operational excellence initiatives, delivering strategic growth, an enhanced safety culture, and world-class manufacturing performance across diverse technologies including additive manufacturing and advanced coatings.

Previously, Anthony held multiple executive leadership roles at GE HealthCare, including global leadership of Lean Continuous Improvement, Global Supply Chain Strategy, and acted as General Manager of high-tech, multi-site operations across four continents. His tenure was marked by transformative achievements—including substantial lead-time reductions, as well as significant production capacity increases and cost reductions. He is widely recognized for his ability to align cross-functional teams, champion lean practices, and build high-performing, inclusive cultures.

A former U.S. Navy Nuclear Submarine Officer, Anthony brings a disciplined, mission-driven approach to leadership. He holds a B.S. in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Oregon State University.

Anthony is passionate about developing future leaders and has launched coaching programs that have propelled diverse talent into senior roles. He continues to be an advocate for operational excellence, innovation, and leadership in highly regulated industries.

Andrea Iotti
Andrea IottiGeneral Manager | Equipment Division

Andrea is General Manager at Lincotek Equipment S.p.A. He joined Lincotek Surface Solutions in 2010 as Cell Leader in the Rubbiano plant, before moving to United States as part of the setup team in charge of establishing the Hickory, NC plant – first as Quality Manager and then as Plant Manager.

After that, he moved to Lincotek Medical as Director of Operations for the Cincinnati, OH and Memphis, TN coating plants, before returning to Italy and joining Lincotek Equipment at the beginning of 2016.

In Lincotek Equipment, Andrea has been focused on leading the fast-growing thermal spray equipment business, including the relocation of operations to the newly established headquarters in Collecchio.

Previously Andrea held engineering, R&D and operations roles in Praxair Surface Technologies and the Fornovo plant in Italy, where he was also part of the Leadership and Technical Orientation Program.

He has a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering from Università degli Studi di Parma in Italy.

Angelo Parente
Angelo ParenteGeneral Manager | Surface Solutions Division

As Global General Manager of Lincotek Surface Solutions, Angelo leads the Division of Lincotek focused on Energy, Aerospace and Industrial markets spanning four countries and six manufacturing sites.

Angelo has over 25 years’ experience in the Energy, Aviation and Automotive industry. Prior to joining Lincotek in 2024, he spent 19 years with GE Oil & Gas and Baker Hughes, holding several executive positions such as Business Operations Leader for New Energy, General Manager of the Gear Boxes Division, Turbomachinery Project Management Leader and Turbomachinery Sourcing Director.

Before his long tenure with GE Oil & Gas and Baker Hughes, Angelo gained experience working in multi-national complex industrial environments, serving as a project manager in the automotive industry and design engineer in the aviation business.

Angelo holds a Master’s degree Cum Laude in Aerospace Engineering from University Federico II of Naples.

Vittorio Tavanti
Vittorio TavantiChief Financial Officer

Vittorio has a proven track record in driving strategic growth and operational excellence across a variety of businesses over a 25-year career, including Schneider Electric for five years, where he was also CFO of the Connected Living business (€2 billion), General Electric Oil & Gas and Baker Hughes where he spent 12 years in roles of increasing responsibility, including Head of Finance for various regions and businesses, and Siemens for six years.

Most recently, Vittorio held the role of Group Chief Financial Officer – Investor Relator and IT of the Italian Euronext STAR-listed stock Landi Renzo Group, operating in sustainable mobility and IT infrastructure.

Vittorio began his career as an officer in the Guardia di Finanza, where he received the highest commendation. He combines a strong business mindset with a results-oriented operational approach, acting as a strategic partner for growth and change.

With a transparent and inclusive leadership style and a focus on people development, he is known for his integrity, reliability and ability to set priorities, reach targets and motivate the team.

Vittorio graduated in Economics and Business from the University of Florence, and has completed numerous training programs in the Lean, Agile and Digital fields.
