Five core beliefs guide our work here at Lincotek. The first is finding the perfect balance between innovation and sustainability, as we’ve grown our business from a small local workshop half a century ago to a global company today. Our second principle is to retain our sense of family, no matter how large we grow from generation to generation. Third comes our passion and team spirit, so essential to providing the partnership that our major customers need. And our fourth principle is to make use of the latest technology for the benefit for wider society. Last, but by no means least, come the ‘4Cs’ in Italian: coraggio (courage), curiosità (curiosity), consapevolezza (awareness), collaborazione (collaboration), representing an attitude and state of mind that guides our work every day.

What started out in a simple garage, way back in 1973, is now an international group with a turnover of over €250 million. Lincotek also employs 1,700 employees in some 20 facilities between Italy, France, Switzerland, the United States, and China.
It’s hard to believe what you can achieve with a simple idea, a local entrepreneurial tradition, courage and creativity.

Part of Lincotek’s success in our first half century has come from our ability to offer employees new and diversified professional challenges.
The way forward for the next 50 years, according to Fabrizio Avari, Lincotek Chief People Officer, is to engage in an evolutionary change in which all people are involved, aiming to develop everyone’s professionalism and aspirations. Do you want to be part of this exciting future ahead?

The celebration of Lincotek50 was, to Linda Antolotti, Lincotek Co-Owner and Vice President, an opportunity to underline the relevance of two key fundamentals:

✅ Sustainability in its broadest sense – considering the environmental, social and economic impact of every decision, and the importance of giving back to local communities in which we operate.

✅ Lincotekers: the extraordinary employees who have contributed to our growth and success and who represent the core asset of our company.

Throughout the evolution of Lincotek, combining technology and innovation to solve customer problems has remained a cornerstone of our philosophy. Linda Antolotti, Lincotek Co-Owner and Vice President, appreciated this from the moment she stepped into the Rubbiano plant for the first time; today, she still believes in the principle. We aim to make use of the latest technology for the benefit not only of our customers, but also wider society.

“When I joined Lincotek the first thing that struck me was innovation and the will to continue innovating.”

Andrea Iotti, Equipment General Manager, has worked in all three divisions and has seen how continuous innovation permeates every aspect of the entire company’s work.

🗣️ “I am proud to say that I was there when the first batches of blades were sold.”
Antonio Paganuzzi, Lincotek Cost and Production Planner, is one of the longest-serving employees in our team.

Despite being with us for more than 35 years, the passion and dedication he puts into his work are as strong in 2024 as on his first day with the company.

🗣️ “I never imagined I would have such a fast career path”. The story of Alessia Laganà, Memphis Operation Manager, is a testament to the possibilities available to Lincotekers with curiosity, passion and teamwork.

When we recall that it all started in a simple garage back in 1973, we can appreciate just how far Lincotek has come. Since that time, a small provincial Italian business has grown to become an international player and a global solution provider providing fully-integrated development and manufacturing services for these sectors:

🧑🏻⚕️ Medical

✈️ Aerospace

⚡ Energy

Our evolution has been driven by internationalization, adaptability to new business fields and a focus on the future, while mantaining the same “family culture” since the very start.

As 2024 draws to a close, we want to take a moment to extend our heartfelt wishes for a peaceful holiday season to all of you. This time of the year is a wonderful opportunity to reflect on our journey, celebrate our achievements, and express our deepest gratitude to everyone who has contributed to our success.

In doing this, we must not forget that the greatest strength of Lincotek lies in our people and their collaborative spirit, which truly sets us apart. From our humble beginnings as a family business to our transformation into a global company, one thing has remained constant: the enduring family values instilled by our Founder and President, Nelso Antolotti. His vision and steadfast belief that trust and collaboration are the foundations of any successful partnership continue to inspire and guide us every day.

Let’s take a moment to celebrate our global family, remembering and reflecting on Nelso’s inspiring words.

On behalf of everyone at Lincotek, we wish you and your loved ones a wonderful holiday season and a bright start to the new year.
